SMKMC Citizens' Forum

On 18 November, Shelter Associates facilitated a meeting with the citizens of SMKMC. This forum was created to encourage the citizens to oversee and participate in the slum redevelopment project under the IHSDP scheme. In attendance were representatives of the following bodies: beneficiaries of the project, Sangli-based NGOs, print media, Retired Engineers of Sangli, and Shelter Associates. Sangli Speaks about the Proposed IHSDP Project

This film highlights the voices of the slum dwellers in Sangli, Maharashtra in response to the housing designs that were shared with them for their inputs. This project will be implemented under the IHSDP (Integrated Housing and Slum Development Project).
